Mint Medical Education Launches a Vascular Ultrasound Interpretation Course Online; Lecture Material and Case Studies Available for CME through an Online Interface

November 12, 2013 – Mint Medical Education announced today the availability of its Vascular Ultrasound Interpretation Course as an online activity. This course consists of recorded lectures and learning assessments from the Company’s live Vascular Interpretation Preceptorship (“VIP”) Course designed to prepare physicians for the RPVI exam. Ultrasound sonographers will also find the material useful in preparation for their registry exam.

This online course contains comprehensive lecture, case review, and sample questions in five areas of vascular ultrasound: ultrasound physics, cerebrovascular, venous, abdominal vasculature and arterial duplex including indirect testing. The course is designed for Vascular Surgeons, Cardiologists, Radiologists and Sonographers and is designated for a maximum of 13.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

The VIP Online course is the latest online CME activity released by Mint Medical Education through its new Learning Management System – designed to provide anytime, anywhere access to medical professionals in need of ultrasound training and education.
